Hello, I’m Lesego, and I am committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, understanding, and practical guidance. I work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing life adjustments and transitions, burnout, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and bereavement.
My approach provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. I believe that with the right support, individuals can navigate difficult periods, regain balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
